JOB SUMMARY
Increase share of wallet of existing high margin players by cultivating strong professional relationships with these guests and providing exceptional customer service. Generate incremental revenue by identifying and acquiring new high margin players. Reactivate prior high margin players with decreased activity by contacting and soliciting these guests.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for building and establishing strong professional patron relationships through specialized, personalized and preferential services focused on the players stated preferences.
- Responsible for building player loyalty and promoting return visits by maintaining contact with players through the telephone, on-property hosting, and off-property entertaining.
- Responsible for knowing the names and gaming activity of assigned players.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining account information and player profiles through utilization of casino relationship management software.
- Responsible for observing special events in the lives of assigned players, by preparing and mailing birthday and/or anniversary cards, newsletters, and personal notes, whenever possible.
- Responsible for cultivating leads received through in-house channels and through networking the established customer base.
- Responsible for acting as a guest liaison, by handling guest issues and resolving situations to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Report same to management.
- Responsible for receiving and handling incoming phone calls for fellow Casino Hosts in their absence.
- Responsible for managing player accounts and comps based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability and patron profitability.
- Responsible for actively assisting high margin players with restaurant, hotel, special event and off-property reservations.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting required reports and paperwork in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the compensation program.
- Responsible for interfacing with other departments to develop key relations for maximum efficiency in completing tasks.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of visibility on the casino floor.
- Responsible for performing tasks relating to casino promotions & player events.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, Internal Controls and company departmental policies. Additionally, contribute to the establishment of said policies as needed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous customer service experience.
- 1+ years prior casino experience and knowledge of KCMS, MGT programs preferred.
- Knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
- Must be able to obtain and hold a Class “C” gaming license.
- Must present a professional demeanor with a very outgoing and friendly nature.
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.
- Must be able and willing to attend off property functions.
- Must be able and willing to be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist high margin players.
- Must be able and willing to work non-traditional schedules, particularly nights, weekends and holidays.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The employee is regularly required to see; talk; hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED.
MINIMUM LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read, write and speak English. Can effectively present information and respond to questions one-on-one or from groups of managers, employees, customers and the general public.
MINIMUM MATHEMATICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to calculate figures such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
MINIMUM REASONING SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Ability to identify problems, report them to supervisors and assist in finding solutions.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is not limited to one location but rather to the entire casino. The noise level is moderate to loud. There is rarely exposure to blood-borne pathogens.

Handles the daily activities of maintenance repair projects, grounds keeping activities and general upkeep of a hotel. Ensure proper inspection and preventative maintenance of electrical, plumbing, water and gas systems. Repairs nick in the walls and furniture, and monitors logs on all facility equipment. The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the property’s purchasing system and process, including developing policies and procedures, performing the purchasing tasks such as buying, negotiating prices with vendors, and processing appropriate paperwork.

A / V Technicians are integral members of the organization’s community as they work to support the Elite Casino Resorts mission and vision. They provide services necessary for a high quality technology experience. A / V Technicians are expected to adhere to ethical standards of professional conduct and act in a manner consistent with the organization’s code of business ethics including but not limited to maintaining confidentiality, excellence, integrity, respect, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
The A / V Technician I role is a frontline, customer facing position. This role is primarily responsible for events, services, equipment, maintenance, audio, and visual equipment deployment and delivery, computer and peripheral deployment as required by events or IT departmental ticket requests, as well as events problem resolution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Events Services – connect, test, deliver, set, strike, and operate systems, or individual components related to guest or corporate events. Listen, and communicate effectively in order to serve all event customer’s needs exceeding expectations. Demonstrates basic audio and visual principles and learning, as well as systems equipment knowledge, and based on ECR event delivery requirements. Attend, and actively participate in, group BEO meetings. Evaluation of AV systems functionality, and recommending solutions to achieve best practice/performance in system functions per the requirements specifications of each event.
- Live performance event delivery – manages, operates, and maintains live performance equipment. Administer band processes, advance shows, deliver payments – communicate company policies and procedures and policies for approved vendors. Connect, and test (sound check) band, develop a high quality, musically balanced, tonally relevant mixture of bands instruments and vocals, by genre, at sound levels to the limits communicated by ECR management.
- Equipment deployment – Deploy audio, and all visual technologies. Assist with deployment of telephone, computing, and peripherals under the direction of an IT department systems administrator or technician. Also, testing deployed equipment.
- Cable fabrication and management – Deliver neat, logical, cable routing solutions for event delivery. Assist with cable patch management in corporate data rooms under supervision.
- Ticket handling – Assist end users with break/ fix troubleshooting, equipment moves, and recurring compliance related responsibilities based on priority and document key findings/ developed solutions.
- Monitoring – Actively monitor company technology assets by observing and reporting any irregular use or operational findings.
- Documentation – Assist with writing documentation related to all aspects of the essential duties defined here to be used as process and procedure guidelines. Provide documentation to complete ticket handling that includes step by step guidelines for the action taken.
- Vendors – Manage problem resolution activities with 3rd party vendors including ticket creation and remote access.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- An Associate’s degree (A.A.), 2-4 years College or Technical Training at an accredited institution in the field of live sound reinforcement, and/or 1 year of directly related work experience is required. Additional requirements include:
- Good working knowledge of audio, video and lighting (AV&L) hardware types and functionality.
- Good working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Basic signal flow and troubleshooting knowledge in AV&L, and familiar with multiple symptom scenarios.
- Good working knowledge of AV&L connectivity and cable types in a multi input, and output, system environment.
- Good working knowledge of lighting controls and lighting fixtures in a show or performance environment.
- Experience executing hospitality event planners instructions.
- Basic technical knowledge of live or recorded audio mixing.
- Basic technical knowledge of digital mixers and interfaces.
- Basic technical knowledge of loudspeakers.
- Basic technical knowledge of video switching and signal management.
- Basic knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Products, especially excel, word and outlook.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers are required to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
- The team member frequently is required to lift and transport up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or transport up to 50 pounds.
- This position will have an on-call rotation and require some after hours and weekend work as operational needs dictate.
- Valid driver’s license is required to facilitate onsite support at various locations.
- Travel may be required for some training. Travel may be required to support other Elite Casino Resort properties.
Work Schedule
- Typically Driven by Events and Live music or events scheduling by BEO. Shifts will either be four 10 hour or five 8-hour according to need.

Part Time Position
The Event Center Houseman is responsible for arranging tables, buffet lines, installs portable dance floors, tablecloths and drapery and chairs for banquets and events.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reading instruction sheets, the set-up person arranges the appearance of each function room to the needs of the customers and staff.
- Promotes teamwork by assisting fellow employees in cleaning and maintaining the banquet and service areas

Full Time Position
The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for providing leadership and management for the F&B department, including planning, development and execution of all areas. The F&B Director provides overall strategic direction, encompassing a combination of high-end steak and seafood dining outlet, sports lounge, beverage, banquets, kitchens, stewarding and any other F&B related areas, as well as collaborating with other departments. The F&B Director is responsible for developing and meeting financial projections, goals, and objectives. The F&B Director is responsible for developing and training a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage team at all levels. This position is also responsible for ensuring all F&B outlets meet and maintain all company and State Health Department rules and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effectively managing, delegating duties, and the performance and development of department staff; inclusive of interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and termination of staff.
- Build and direct a high-performing management team by ensuring accountability to business strategies and driving financial performance and guest service delivery goals across all F&B outlets.
