JOB SUMMARY

Increase share of wallet of existing high margin players by cultivating strong professional relationships with these guests and providing exceptional customer service.  Generate incremental revenue by identifying and acquiring new high margin players.  Reactivate prior high margin players with decreased activity by contacting and soliciting these guests. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Responsible for building and establishing strong professional patron relationships through specialized, personalized and preferential services focused on the players stated preferences.
  • Responsible for building player loyalty and promoting return visits by maintaining contact with players through the telephone, on-property hosting, and off-property entertaining.
  • Responsible for knowing the names and gaming activity of assigned players.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining account information and player profiles through utilization of casino relationship management software.
  • Responsible for observing special events in the lives of assigned players, by preparing and mailing birthday and/or anniversary cards, newsletters, and personal notes, whenever possible.
  • Responsible for cultivating leads received through in-house channels and through networking the established customer base.
  • Responsible for acting as a guest liaison, by handling guest issues and resolving situations to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Report same to management.
  • Responsible for receiving and handling incoming phone calls for fellow Casino Hosts in their absence.
  • Responsible for managing player accounts and comps based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability and patron profitability.
  • Responsible for actively assisting high margin players with restaurant, hotel, special event and off-property reservations.
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting required reports and paperwork in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the compensation program.
  • Responsible for interfacing with other departments to develop key relations for maximum efficiency in completing tasks.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of visibility on the casino floor.
  • Responsible for performing tasks relating to casino promotions & player events.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, Internal Controls and company departmental policies. Additionally, contribute to the establishment of said policies as needed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • 1+ years prior casino experience and knowledge of KCMS, MGT programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

 

  • Must be able to obtain and hold a Class “C” gaming license.
  • Must present a professional demeanor with a very outgoing and friendly nature.
  • Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.
  • Must be able and willing to attend off property functions.
  • Must be able and willing to be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist high margin players.

Handles the daily activities of maintenance repair projects, grounds keeping activities and general upkeep of a hotel. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reading instruction sheets, the set-up person arranges the appearance of each function room to the needs of the customers and staff.

Full Time Position

The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for providing leadership and management for the F&B department, including planning, development and execution of all areas. The F&B Director provides overall strategic direction, encompassing a combination of high-end steak and seafood dining outlet, sports lounge, beverage, banquets, kitchens, stewarding and any other F&B related areas, as well as collaborating with other departments. The F&B Director is responsible for developing and meeting financial projections, goals, and objectives. The F&B Director is responsible for developing and training a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage team at all levels. This position is also responsible for ensuring all F&B outlets meet and maintain all company and State Health Department rules and regulations.

This role is responsible for supporting enterprise networking infrastructure, telecommunications systems, WAN/LAN connectivity, wireless infrastructure, firewall platforms, VPN technologies, internet services, voice communications systems, and operational connectivity services required to maintain organizational operations, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and business-critical technology functions within a multi-property gaming and hospitality environment.

The Technology Manager, Engineering & Telecommunications provides operational leadership for network engineering initiatives, telecommunications support operations, approved infrastructure deployment efforts, vendor coordination, connectivity management, and operational support activities while ensuring enterprise network services remain stable, secure, scalable, and operationally effective across all Elite Casino Resorts properties.

This position serves as the operational lead for enterprise network engineering and telecommunications support activities while coordinating closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems, applications, and technology management teams.

This position operates within enterprise technology standards, policies, governance frameworks, and strategic direction established by technology leadership.

The role requires a highly collaborative leader capable of balancing day-to-day operational support responsibilities, infrastructure troubleshooting, telecommunications administration, project coordination, vendor management, operational continuity initiatives, and long-term infrastructure lifecycle planning across multiple properties while maintaining a strong focus on operational reliability, compliance, resiliency, and service delivery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Leads enterprise network engineering, telecommunications administration, operational support, troubleshooting, and approved infrastructure deployment initiatives across all Elite Casino Resorts properties.

·         Functions as the senior escalation point for enterprise networking issues, telecommunications incidents, internet outages, carrier coordination, firewall concerns, VPN connectivity issues, and network troubleshooting activities.

·         Implements and maintains approved network security configurations, segmentation standards, firewall policies, and remote access technologies in coordination with cybersecurity leadership and technology leadership.

·         Coordinates with operational departments, surveillance, gaming systems, hospitality systems, vendors, and technology teams to ensure reliable and secure network communications across all business functions.

Position Summary:

A group sales coordinator is primarily a sales support role. A data entry specialist administrative position. From maintaining master client files, to billing, to supporting promotional events. A group sales coordinator supports all aspects of the sales team. The group sales department is primarily responsible for hotel capacity, booking events in the banquet halls and conference room, and generating an overall increase in guest count for our entire facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of client quotes and data required for billing.
  • Prepare billing and final event details for booked groups and events.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts to identify outstanding balances.
  • Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans while maintaining exceptional customer relations.

    The AUDIO VIDEO Technician I role is a front line, customer facing position. This role is primarily responsible for event TECHNOLOGY DELIVERY INCLUDING: ENTITLEMENT ADMINISTRATION, EVENT SERVICE AND SUPPORT, EVENT equipment, EVENT maintenance, EVENT AND ORGANIZATION audio, and EVENT AND ORGANIZATION VIDEO equipment INCLUDING deployment, SERVICE, and delivery, computer and peripheral EQUIPMENT deployment as required by events or TECHNOLOGY departmental HELPDESK requests, as well as events problem resolution.

    Essential Duties:

  • Entitlement services – ADMINISTERS PASSWORD RESETS AS NEEDED.
  • Procurement –Gather information from end user opportunities and evaluate their job requirements OR THE REQUIREMENTS OF AN EVENT OR FUTURE EVENTS to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications, design a solution, and propose to leadership.   • Ticket handling AND HELPDESK– Assist end users with break/ fix troubleshooting, equipment moves, and recurring compliance related responsibilities based on priority and document key findings/developed solutions WITH AN EMPHASIS ON EVENT / BEO REQUESTS FOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT. Answer department helpdesk telephones on 1st ring. Triage incoming calls for assistance, while creating a helpdesk ticket.   • Monitoring – Actively monitor company AUDIO VIDEO technology assets by watching monitoring tools and respond when thresholds are exceeded to rectify the root cause. THIS TASK WILL BE IN COLLABORATION WITH ENGINEERING TEAMMATES.
  • Compliance auditing – Assist with regular and ongoing compliance audit review related to AUDIO VIDEO TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO entitlement review, log evaluation, security events, and evaluate the results to determine and document compliance status.
  • Enterprise Printing – Support the enterprise workgroup/desktop printer and multi-function (print, copy, scan, fax) fleet configuration and by working with ENGINEERING TEAMMATES to maintain the necessary supplies, maintenance kits, and problem resolution

  • EVENT SERVICES – Connect, test, deliver, set, strike, and operate systems, or individual components related to guest or corporate events EXCEEDING EXPECTED QUALITY. DELIVER NEAT, LOGICAL, CABLE ROUTING SOLUTIONS FOR EVENTS. BE APPROACHABLE AND
    TRANSPARENT WHEN COLLABORATING WITH EVENT SERVICES TEAMMATES, EVENT POINTS OF CONTACT, AND GUESTS.
  • LIVE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT – Operates and maintains live performance equipment. Supervise, communicate, execute band processes, advance shows, and deliver payments. Connect and test (sound check) band TO develop AND DELIVER a high quality, musically balanced, tonally relevant mixture of band instruments and vocals, by genre, at sound levels to the limits communicated by ECR Management.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • An Associate’s degree (A.A.), 2-4 years College or Technical Training at an accredited institution in the field of live sound reinforcement, and/or 1 year of directly related work experience is required.
  • Good working knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting systems hardware types and functionality.
  • Good working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
  • Basic signal flow and troubleshooting knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting systems; familiar with multiple symptom scenarios.
  • Good working knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting systems connectivity and cable types in a multi input, and output, system environment.
